The BZT/BZJ pneumatic dual valve wear-resistant gate valve adopts a hard seal, and the sealing pair is made of wear-resistant alloy or ceramic. Reliable sealing and long service life of valves, especially in abrasive applications. This significantly improves the reliability of the entire system.
Features and advantages:
In the process of manufacturing valves, the valve plate and sealing ring are paired and ground until a 100% airtight seal is achieved. Even small particles find it difficult to penetrate the sealed surface that adheres tightly. Install a compression spring between the two valve plates to ensure good contact with the matching sealing ring. The compression spring also allows for thermal expansion and contraction, and the pressure required to operate the valve is only about 0.2 MPa.
When the valve is activated, the double valve plate automatically rotates and aligns with the sealing ring. The rotation of the double valve plate ensures uniform grinding of the sealing surface. After manufacturing, each valve undergoes a sealing test and ensures 100% airtightness.
During operation, the valve provides full bore and unrestricted material flow. When the material flows through the valve, any material entering the inner cavity will be removed by the vortex effect, so the valve is "self-cleaning".
Application field:
Warehouse pump feeding, discharging, exhaust, clearing blockages, switching, etc. Dust, powder or granular products from industries such as coal-fired power plants, smelters, steel plants, food, and chemicals.
