BJ/BJM-IC partial rotary series intelligent electric actuator is a very important on-site control device in process control. It can be quickly set, checked and queried non invasively through an independent setter or on-site knob. The actuator adopts a dot matrix LCD display, which displays the working status and alarms of the actuator's torque, valve position, limit setting, etc. in Chinese, digital, graphic and other forms. The BJ/BJM-IC series electric actuators have a simple design, compact structure, and complete specifications. Their output angular displacement is 0-90 ° or other angles, and they can provide the most reasonable solution within the output torque range of 50N. m to 3000 N. m. They are widely used in fields such as power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, shipbuilding, light industry and food, papermaking, construction, municipal engineering, and environmental protection.


The BJ/BJM-IC series electric actuators adopt a patented planetary gear transmission mechanism. Compared with electric actuators using worm gear transmission mechanisms, BJ-IIC series intelligent electric actuators have significant technical advantages: using a two-stage gear and two-stage planetary gear transmission mechanism, the mechanical efficiency of electric actuators using worm gear transmission mechanisms is increased by more than 50%. The gears are made of high-quality structural steel, which significantly reduces mechanical wear. The manual/electric switching mechanism has been eliminated, completely solving the problem of high manual/electric switching failure rate in models using worm gear transmission mechanisms. Hand/electric switching is safe and reliable. Small size, high load-bearing capacity, and lifespan more than doubled. Any speed actuator self-locking. The interface flange of BJ/BJM-IC series electric actuators is manufactured according to ISO5211:2017 (GB/T12223-2023) standard, and non-standard structural flanges can also be matched according to user requirements. The actuator and valve are directly connected, which can be easily matched with rotary valves (such as butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves) and air door baffles. The interface drive sleeve adopts a spline structure design, and the installation angle is not limited, while the reliability is greatly enhanced. The standard shell and box treated with phosphating and coating can adapt to corrosive working environments, while the explosion-proof and pressure resistant products provided in the form of options can be used in hazardous working environments such as Zone 1 and Zone 2 of IIA, IIB, IIC T1-T4 explosive gas environments; Dust explosion-proof products are suitable for hazardous working environments such as Zone 21 and 22 in environments with T130C ° explosive dust levels of Class IIIA, IIIB, and IIIC.

 

The BJ/BJM-IC series electric actuators can be equipped with various functional configurations by adding options according to user requirements, such as Profibus DP fieldbus cards, Modbus fieldbus cards, Devicenet fieldbus cards, FF fieldbus cards, Hart fieldbus cards, etc., to meet the requirements of various industrial process controls. To adapt to various harsh working conditions, we have evolved the BJ/BJM-IICF split type electric actuator based on the BJ/BJM-IIC series electric actuator. It installs the electrical control components into an independent controller (see Figure 5-5), which is separated from the actuator. Control signals are transmitted remotely through cables for control and feedback, and all functions of the BJ/BJM-IIC series electric actuator can be achieved. BJ/BJM-ICF split type electric actuators are widely used in harsh working conditions such as high temperature or strong vibration.
