1 PUMP PART
(1) After installation, fill the liquid in from the guiding liquid mouth for the irst liquid filling , and no liquid filling will be needed again afterwards in the future. Shut the guiding liquid mouth off to prevent air leakage which would compromise the self priming.
(2) Proper grains form(unit mm)
(3) Filter screen must be installed to keep the unsuited grain from entering the pump to affect the self-priming function
(4) Do not conduct the first liquid filling with water if the liquid is strong sulfuric acid, in case any hurt or damage are to be done to human and the pump.
(5) Check the free and smooth rotation before start-up by means of rotate the pump shaft manually, and confirm the rotation direction to be right as the mark indicates.
(6) Do not impose the weight of the inlet and outlet pipe onto the ourlet flange, and should be fixed to the supporting racket (customer self-supply). All the connecting and joint parts should be close and perfectly tight and sealed so that no leakage or insufficient self priming would occur.
(7) If it is the crystallizable liqiud fluid or liquid with sediment to be pumped, when the pump stops for a period of time, the liquid should be drained out completely so that no crystallization or sediment would happen or left inside of the pump to damage the pump when the pump restarts.
(8) If it is the no crystallizable liqiud fluid or liquid without sediment to be pumped, when the pump stops for a period of time, please check the guiding liquid to be full before restart the pump, if not full, please refill it,
(9) The pump must be operating strictly under the regulation on the flow rate, head and suction head these three indexs. Otherwise, it may cause the motor overloaded and affect the normal operation
(10) If it is to pump the water from the below ground level container or pool, please refers to installation&operation Diagram one
(11) If the pump is to work under water, please refers to installation& operation 
(12) If the pump is to work for high trough or water tower, please refers to installation& operation 

(13) Pumping the bigger specific gravity, higher head, higher static pressure on the outlet liquid, or liquid with bubbles, to speed up the exhaust discharge and shorten the self-priming time, please refers to installation& operation Diagram four
(14) If it is used to pump the water from the pool for fire fighting purpose, to shorten the self-priming time maximally, please refers to installation& operation
(15) Replacing the channel pump or working under close type circulating system, please refers to installation& operation Diagram two
(16) guiding liquid mouth , drainage mouth ,self-priming exhaust device and protective cover are not relevant to installation dimension and system connection, only when under higher head and bigger static pressure on the outlet pipe working condition, the self-priming exhaust discharge device needs to start-up, all else working conditions do not need to start.
(17) This pump is designed and manufactured by vacuum pump self-priming principle. If it is to be designed and used under an absolute discharge flow speed required working condition, the inlet pipe can not be enlarged in installation, otherwise it might influence suction speed.(no absolute discharge flow speed required working condition is exceptional)
2 Motor-driven air controlling valve part
(1) In case of the electric shocking accident, only the professional electrician allows to uncover the pump
(2) The cable must be connected to the motor soundly and safely during installation after updates or maintenance.
(3) Do not dismantle the paint sealing part of the pump casing at liberty. The operator must note its original position to make a correct reposition during maintenance.
(4) The interface which connect to pump mustn't have leakage, otherwise it affects to self-priming
(5) You should memorize to add sewing machine lubricating oil in the guide shaft and guide sleeve every half year. Regarding to specific implementation,you can refer to installation operation diagram .
(6) Two kinds of environment on Pump Parts , that is to say, (eleventh and fifteenth), is not suitable to choose this valve

3 Parts of automatic control device Consumers whoever mates with local automatic device,we will furnish you with wiring drawing. At the same time,please note the following items:
(1) You shouldn't open screen door except professional electrical staff in case of electric shock accident.
(2) This device is three phase power supply. You should retrofit circuit protection in intake loop, etc. Voltage is 380V, Frequency is 50HZ.
(3) You should dail the button of open ,power, off to open position. Light of power direction is on, this device is on the stand-by situation.
(4) You can adopt the button of automation, stop,manual when you want to confirm the operation mode. The button of manual start and manual
stop is only applicable to manual operation mode. If you would like to choose automatic mode, you should locate automation according to upper and lower limits liquid level sensor
(5) This device is divided into twice installations, that is to say, hanging style and floor style . You can refer to installation operation diagram (seven). If the power is under 30KW, we will adopt hanging style and start directly; if the power is between 37KW to 75KW, we will adopt floor-screen star delta decompression start; if the power is above 90KW ,we will adopt floor-screen auto-coupling decompression start. Meanwhile, ways of starts can determine according to needs of consumers.
(6) Make sure to protect the wire of sensors in case of man made damage.
(7) You shouldn't alter device-inside connection order but to exchange thread in the motor terminal box when you adjust the diversion of pump's motor.
(8) Please refer to Installation Operation Diagram (one) or (three) when you set sensor upper and lower limits
