1 Overview

When the generator is turned off and the motor is in operation, due to the closure of the main steam valve of the turbine, the exhaust temperature of the low-pressure cylinder of the turbine increases, and the tail blades of the turbine will overheat, causing a turbine accident. In order to prevent such accidents, this relay is designed to disconnect the unit from the system after a certain delay.

2 Principles and Structure
When the generator suddenly loses its source power during operation, it will not be able to deliver active load to the system, but instead absorb a portion of the active load from the system to maintain it
Maintaining synchronous operation, but still capable of outputting reactive load, the generator operates in reverse power state. At this time, the generator absorbs active power and the active current reverses. Therefore, high-sensitivity power direction discrimination components can be used to protect this operating state. This relay samples the three-phase current and voltage through current and voltage transformers internally and sends them to the MCU for processing to determine whether it is reverse power and its magnitude. When reverse power is detected and reaches the predetermined alarm value, the intermediate action of the outlet is activated.
